Terms of Service
These terms define the conditions for using the alert automation service provided by sirudake ("we/us") and clarify the rights and obligations between users and us.

Article 1 (General)
These terms define the conditions for providing this service and the rights and obligations between us and users. Users may use this service upon agreeing to these terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"User" refers to any individual or entity that agrees to these terms and uses this service. "Content" refers to search conditions, queries, notification results, etc. that users register or send.
Article 3 (Registration)
Users shall register accounts using accurate and current information. We may refuse registration for those who have previously violated these terms or are suspected of fraudulent use.
Article 4 (Account Management)
Users are responsible for managing their login credentials and must not allow third parties to use them. Please notify us immediately if you discover any leakage or unauthorized use of your credentials.
Article 5 (Fees & Payment)
Paid plan details and fees are displayed on the pricing page. Payments are made in advance through payment processors such as Stripe, and no prorated refunds are provided for mid-term cancellations.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
Legal violations, actions against public order and morals, infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, unauthorized access, excessive system load, reverse engineering, and use for competitive research purposes are prohibited.
Article 7 (Service Suspension/Changes)
We may temporarily suspend or terminate all or part of this service due to system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, etc. We are not liable for damages caused by such suspension or termination.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
Intellectual property rights related to programs, data, designs, etc. of this service belong to us or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce or reprint without our permission.
Article 9 (User Content)
Rights to content such as queries registered by users belong to the users, but we may use them to the extent necessary for providing this service. Users warrant that they do not infringe on third-party rights.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of information. Disputes between users or with third parties shall be resolved between the parties, and we bear no responsibility.
Article 11 (Damages)
If a user violates these terms and causes damage to us, we may claim compensation from that user. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to us in the past 12 months.
Article 12 (Contract Period/Cancellation)
This service automatically renews until cancellation procedures are completed. Users can cancel at any time from the settings screen, but no refunds of paid fees will be made.
Article 13 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)
Users represent and warrant that they are not and will not be associated with antisocial forces such as organized crime groups.
Article 14 (Governing Law/Jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes arising from this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court or summary court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
